The Friday after Thanksgiving we went to St. George to participate in an extended family temple project with David's brothers and their families. It was a great experience and a testimony builder for me of the healing power of family history and temple work.
The Saturday before Christmas our family was able to do follow-up sealings in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple. We arranged a special family session with our good friend, President Goodsell. We sealed two couples from David's mother's line, who interestingly enough were born in Ohio. We are discovering a family history link to Emily's mission.
We then had our entire family around the alter as we sealed two families from David's father's line. Really cool experience! It was pretty tender for me to be in the temple with David and all of our children.
