Remember my list of 50 things in my 50th year? Well today I checked two more things off my list. We went to Salt Lake City to shop at Trader Joe's for the first time and explore Gilgal Gardens.
The garden was created by Thomas B. Child Jr. and is a cool but somewhat random tribute to his Faith.

We had lunch at Hires Big H where I saw this pearl of wisdom printed on the wall.
